Riviera Golf Apartment 2010 Price List

Please note that there is a supplementary charge for bed linen and cleaning depending on the number of persons. For 2 people €90, for 3 to 4 people €135  and for 5 people €150 per change. This charge is payable to our key holder onsite in euros (cash).

Air conditioning ( if required )outside of the months of July and August is charged at an additional £25 per week. An additional £30 per week is charged for numbers exceeding 4 persons.

(1) A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is needed to secure the booking. The final balance ( less deposit ) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

(2) A bond of £300 is due with the final balance. The bond will be returned subject to the report of the caretaker.

(3) Payments should be in sterling or euro cheques only please.

(4) On arrival at Riviera Golf keys to the apartment will be handed to you by the caretaker. Keys will also be collected from you by the caretaker on your departure.

(5) Cancellations. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations 8 to 2 weeks prior to arrival will have 50% of the rental monies returned. No refunds will be made for cancellation received within 2 weeks of the rental start date.
